We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and would like to get your views on the surgery and staff.
Patient Participation Group
The Practice currently has an active Patient Participation Group that meets regularly with members of the Practice Staff.
The purpose of this group is to communicate and work with the Practice in order to enhance the patient experience.
We are always interested in recruiting new members. If you would like to join this group please contact the surgery and ask for more details on 0115 9267628, or ask at reception for further details.
Virual Patient Participation Group
To help us with this, we would like to invite you to be part of our On-line Patient Group. The purpose of the group is to enable you to give your views and suggestions on a range of subjects such as opening times, quality of care and getting appointments. We value your comments and suggestions and hope that you are able to take part.
We will ask group members some questions from time to time, about our services and will contact you by email and send you surveys.. These will be short and simple to complete so shouldn't take up too much of your time.
We aim to gather around a hundred patients from all parts of our community to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from ethnic groups.
If you would like to be part of the On-line Patient Group and are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
